1183 Special trains were run on various sectors in April – December 2012 to clear the extra rush of passengers.
Augmentation of Trains
During April – December 2012, 90 coaches were permanently augmented and 5535 coaches were temporarily augmented by various trains to clear waitlisted passengers on a daily basis.
