Mega Block on 26.5.2013


MEGA BLOCK o­n 26.5.2013

Central Railway will operate Mega Block o­n its suburban sections for carrying out maintenance work o­n Sunday 26.5.2013: -

UP FAST LINE BETWEEN KALYAN AND THANE STATIONS

FROM 10.30 AM TO 3.30 PM.

Up fast line services leaving Kalyan from 10.30 am to 3.33 pm will be diverted o­n Up slow line between Kalyan and Thane stations halting at all stations between Kalyan and Thane, further will be re-diverted o­n Up fast line halting at Mulund, Bhandup, Vikhroli, Ghatkopar, Kurla, Dadar and Byculla stations between Thane and Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus and will arrive Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus 20 minutes behind schedule.



All Dn fast line services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus from 10.08 am to 2.40 pm will halt at Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Bhandup, Mulund in addition to their respective scheduled halts and will arrive their destination about 15 minutes behind schedule.

DN HARBOUR LINE BETWEEN CHHATRAPATI SHIVAJI TERMINUS AND KURLA &

UP AND DN HARBOUR LINES BETWEEN VADALA ROAD AND BANDRA STATIONS

FROM 11.10 AM TO 3.10 PM.

Dn Harbour line services to Bandra/Andheri leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus from 10.48 am to 3.33 pm and Up Harbour line services towards Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus leaving Bandra /Andheri from 10.40 am to 4.13 pm will remain suspended.



Dn Harbour line services for Panvel / Belapur/Vashi leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus from 10.52 am to 3.13 pm will run via Main line between Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus and Kurla further will be diverted o­n Dn Harbour line. These trains will not halt at Chinchpokli and Currey Road stations.

     

Harbour line passengers for Bandra/ Andheri are permitted to travel Via Main line and Western Railway from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm o­n 26.5.2013.

All Up and Dn Harbour line services leaving and arriving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus between 11.00 am and 4.30 pm will arrive destination about 10 minutes behind schedule.

As a result of this, suburban trains are likely to be more crowded than usual. Passengers are requested not to take any risks while travelling. They are also requested to avoid travelling o­n foot board, roof top of locals and not to board extremely over crowded trains.
