FOUR ADDITIONAL WINTER SPECIAL / NEW YEAR SPECIAL TRAINS ON KONKAN RAILWAY ROUTE

FOR ITS ESTEEMED & VALUABLE PASSENGERS

In order to cater for the extra rush during the ensuing Winter Season – 2011 as well as New Year, Konkan Railway in co-ordination with Central Railway has introduced the following Special Trains between Madgaon - Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CSTM) – Madgaon for the convenience of its most valuable and esteemed passengers. The details of these train services are as under:

Halts at:The trains will halt at Karmali, Thivim, Ratnagiri, Roha, Panvel, Thane and Dadar stations. The train will have 15 coaches with Composition of Seven Sleeper Coaches, Two AC II Tier, Four General   & Two SLR Coaches.
             With these additional services, the total number of Winter Specials  being run on Konkan Railway Route during the Current Year are 80, as compared to the 70 services during the last year.
