Regulation of Trains Running at night in Eastern Zone
For the safety of rail passengers and the railway property, Railways have decided to continue the suspension of passenger carrying trains running on Kharagpur-Tata Nagar, Chakradharpur- Rourkela and Kharagpur-Adra sections during night hours between 22.00 hrs-05.00hrs. till 05.00hrs of 14.12.11 with some alterations as detailed below:
Diversion of trains
·The 18477 Puri-Haridwar Utkal Express trains leaving Puri on 13.12.11 and 18478 Haridwar-Puri Utkal Express arriving at Jharsuguda Jn. on 13.12.11 will run via Jharsuguda Jn.-Sambalpur-Cuttack instead of scheduled route of Jharsuguda Jn.-Tata-Kharagpur-Cuttack.
Regulation of trains
·The 12816 New Delhi-Puri Puri Express and 12282 New Delhi- Bhubaneswar Duronto Express train arriving at Gomoh Jn. on 13.12.11 at 00.05hrs. and 02.27 hrs. will be regulated till 04.00hrs. to avoid night running.
·The 12802 New Delhi-Puri Purushottam Express will run on the normal route via Gomoh Jn.-Bokaro Steel city-Purulia Jn.-Tata Nagar on 13.12.11 and 14.12.11 but shall be regulated at Tata Nagar upto 04.50hrs. on these 2 days.
