Rlys runs 16 trains to ferry crowd

As many as 16 special rally trains arrived in the city on Sunday. The rally special trains have arrived and would depart from platform number 1 of Lucknow and Alamnagar station. Party supporters have arrived from Saharanpur , Ghaziabad , Muzaffarnagar , Meerut City , Agra Cantt , Moradabad and Chandpur Siyali . According to a senior officer one train has carried nearly 3,500 workers . Similarly , the trains will depart at different times from the two stations . While, one train bound for Saharanpur would depart at 6.00 pm, the other one will depart at 01.30 am. The train leaving for Ghaziabad will depart at 07.05 am, while train for Meerut city will leave at 07.25 pm. Similarly , train for Muzaffarnagar would be departing at 07.55 pm. Train for Agra Cantt . will leave at 08 .30 pm, and train bound for Moradabad would depart at 09 .50 pm. Train going to Chandpur Siyali will depart at 11.55 pm. On the other hand , security at Charbagh and other stations has been beefed up for the rally day . "Since we are expecting a huge crowd , extra men have been deployed ," said AK Jain , ADG, Railways . Government Railway Police (GRP) and Railway Protection Force (RPF) will co-ordinate to keep any untoward incident at bay . The entry and exit points will be manned and regulated . Lucknow Junction station will have six rally special trains arriving and departing on Sunday . The special train to Tundla Junction will depart at 09 .40 pm from platform number 2, special train to Barhaz Bazar will depart at 07.10 pm from platform number 1. Special train to Azamgarh will depart at 07.30 pm from platform number 2, special train to Mau will depart at 09 .00 pm from platform number 1 and special train to Gorakhpur will depart at 05.30 pm from platform number 2. Special train to Delhi Safdarjang will depart at 10.00 pm from platform number 1. Besides, Railways has also informed passengers about various helpline numbers that they can call at , when the need arises .
