Putting up exemplary performance against tough rivals, South Central Railway won both the Men’s and Women’s titles at the All India level Inter-Railway Kabaddi Championships held at Delhi from 28thNovember to 1stDecember, 2011.The Men’s Team won the title for the first time in the history of South Central Railway. Women’s Team retained the title since 2007.
In the Mens Final, SCR defeated Western Railway 36-21.Charlanathan, Kuldeep, Satish, Sivanadil have put up commendable show.In the Womens Final, SCR defeated Northern Railway 26-12, in which acclaimed performers Tejaswini, Mamata, Sahsi, Mangala showed good performance.
