Ministry of Railways have decided to give stoppages of some long
Distance trains at Vasai Road. Now passengers of Mumbai and Surat going towards Amritsar, Dehradun , Chandigarh and toward south will be benefited. Train No. 12287/12288 Kochuveli-Dehradun (weekly) Exp, 12217/12218 Kochuveli-Chandigarh Sampark Kranti Express (weekly) Exp, 12483/12484 Kochuveli- Amritsar (weekly) Exp and 12939/12040 Jaipur-Pune (Bi-weekly) have been
given stoppage At Vasai Road stn w.e.f 31/01/12.
