MEGA BLOCK on 29.1.2012 (SUNDAY)
Central Railway will operate mega block on its suburban sections on 29.1.2012 (Sunday) to carry out maintenance work. The details are as under:
ON THANE-KALYAN DN SLOW LINE &
ON KALYAN-DIVA UP SLOW LINE FROM 11.15 AM TO 3.15 PM
Dn slow line services leaving Mulund from 11.03 am to 3.03 pm will be diverted on Dn fast line between Mulund and Kalyan stations during block period.
Up slow line services leaving Diva from 11.13 am to 2.57 pm will be diverted on Up fast line between Diva and Mulund stations during the block period.
Dn slow line services will not be available for Kalva, Mumbra, Diva, Kopar and Thakurli stations during the block period.
Up slow line services will not be available for Kalva, Mumbra.
However passengers for these stations are permitted to travel via Kalyan and Dombivli in Up direction on their valid card/season tickets.
ON KURLA - CHHATRAPATI SHIVAJI TERMINUS UP HARBOUR LINE &
ON VADALA ROAD-BANDRA UP AND DN HARBOUR LINES
FROM 11.00 AM TO 4.00 PM
Up Harbour line services from Vashi / Belapur /Panvel towards CST leaving Kurla from 10.40 am to 3.54 pm will run via Main line between Kurla-CST during the block period and will not halt at Currey Road and Chinchpokli stations.
Up Harbour line services for Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus leaving Bandra/Andheri from 10.41 am to 3.48 pm & Dn harbour line services to Bandra/ Andheri leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus from 10.47 am to 4.03 pm will remain suspended.
However harbour line passengers for Bandra/Andheri are permitted to travel via Main Line and Western Railway from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm on 29.1.2012.
Passengers are requested to bear with the Railway Administration for the inconvenience caused due to these blocks.
