WR has introduced a new Security helpline No. 1311 for its suburban commuters. This helpline No. is easier to remember and use. With the introduction of new number, old number 1276 is not operational now.
The suburban commuters of Western Railway can call this number from their mobiles or landline phones in case of emergencies. It has been introduced with immediate effect.
