South Central Railway is taking up the process of recruitment of staff from time to time as per need. Recently, a notification was issued by Zonal Railway Recruitment Cell for filling up of 1250 vacancies in Gr ‘D’ category for which the last date for submitting application is 17thSept 2012.
In this connection South Central Railway advises the Job seekers to be aware of Job racketeers / middle men / touts who may try to deceive job seekers in Railways by making false promises of securing a job in the Railways through unfair, illegal and unethical means.
Recruitment in Railways is done in a systematic process through Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) and Zonal Railway Recruitment Cell (ZRRC).
The Employment notifications are published well in advance in several newspapers including Employment News. Selection of candidates is done through a competitive written examination which is foolproof and conducted under strict supervision of officials. Candidates qualified in the written examination are intimated through individual call letters fixing the date for verification of records or medical test or viva voce as the case may be. There is no scope for any tout / middleman / agent to influence the Railway Recruitment Board or Zonal Railway Recruitment Cell.
