SPECIAL TRAINS BETWEEN TIRUNELVELI AND DADAR
To clear the extra rush of passengers, the following Special Trains will be run between Tirunelveli and Dadar.T.No.06746 Tirunelveli – Dadar Special will leave Tirunelveli at 07.10 hrs. on 17.10.2012, 24.10.2012 & 31.10.2012 (Wednesdays) and arrive Dadar at 16.25 hrs. on Thursdays. T.No.06745 Dadar – Tirunelveli Special will leave Dadar at 20.40 hrs. on 19.10.2012, 26.10.2012 & 2.11.2012 (Fridays) and arrive Tirunelveli at 09.45 hrs. on Sundays.The composition of the trains will be 1 AC 2-tier, 6 Sleeper Class, 6 General Second Class and 2 Luggage-cum-brake van coaches.The trains will stop at Kovilpatti, Virudunagar, Madurai, Dindigul, Karur, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Palakkad, Shoranur, Kozhikkode, Kannur, Mangalore Jn., Udupi, Honnavar, Karwar, Madgaon, Thivim, Kankavali, Ratnagiri, Chiplun, Roha, Panvel and Thane.
Advance reservation for the above trains will commence on 16.10.2012.
REVISION OF VEHICLE PARKING CHARGES AT MOORE MARKET COMPLEX
Due to the progress of CMRL work, the availability of vacant space at Chennai Central is getting reduced.In order to reduce the demand for parking, the parking charges have been revised as follows. The charges will be levied on a four hour slab system w.e.f. 00.00 hrs. on 16.10.2012 and not ‘per day’ basis.
