The South Western Railway (SWR) has decided to revise the timings of Mysore-Bangalore City-Bangalore Express Special, Chennai-Mysore Kaveri Express, Ajmer-Mysore Express, Sai Nagar Shirdi-Mysore Express and Mysore-Bangalore Passenger Train with effect from April 1.
1. Train No 06221 Mysore-Bangalore Express will depart from Mysore station at 8.15 am instead of 9.15 am and arrive at Bangalore City station at 11 am instead of 1.10 pm. In the return direction, Train No 06222 Bangalore City-Mysore Express will depart from Bangalore city station at 12.15 pm instead of 1.40 pm and arrive at Mysore station at 3 pm instead of 5 pm.
2. Train No 16222 Chennai-Mysore Express will arrive/depart from Bangalore city station at 4/4.15 am and arrive at Mysore station at 7 am instead of 7.40 am.
3. Train No 56229 Mysore-Bangalore City Passenger will depart from Mysore station at 8.45 am instead of 8.20 am and arrive at Bangalore city at 12-10 hrs (no change in arrival time).
4. The timings of Train No 16209 Ajmer-Mysore Express and Train No 16218 Sainagar Shirdi-Mysore Express will be revised between Bangalore city and Mysore stations with effect from April 2. Accordingly, Train No 16209 Ajmer-Mysore Express and Train No 16218 Sainagar Shirdi-Mysore Express will arrive/depart at Bangalore City at 3.30/3.45 am instead of 3.45/4 am; Mandya at 5.11/5.13 am instead of 5.29/5.30 am; and arrive at Mysore station at 6.10 am instead of 6.55 am.
