I. RAILWAY HELPLINE NUMBER
Ministry of Railways have recently released a Helpline Number – 1322 – to report unsavoury situations during journey.
Passengers can make use of this helpline number to report any undesirable situations during their train journeys.
II. SPECIAL TRAINS
1. Superfast special train from Coimbatore to Chennai Central
Train No.06610 Coimbatore – Chennai Central superfast special train will leave Coimbatore at 23.30 hrs. on 23.10.2014 and reach Chennai Central at 07.15 hrs. the next day.
The composition of the train will be 1 AC 2-tier, 3 AC 3-tier, 14 Sleeper Class and 2 luggage-cum-brake van coaches.
The train will stop at Tiruppur, Erode, Salem, Jolarpettai, Katpadi, Arakkonam and Perambur.
2. Daytime superfast special train from Chennai Central to Coimbatore
Train No.06605 Chennai Central – Coimbatore daytime superfast special train will leave Chennai Central at 10.15 hrs. on 24.10.2014 and reach Coimbatore at 18.00 hrs. the same day.
The composition of the train will be 1 AC 2-tier, 3 AC 3-tier, 14 Sleeper Class and 2 luggage-cum-brake van coaches.
The train will stop at Arakkonam, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Erode and Tiruppur.
3. Special train from Nagercoil to Yesvantpur (via Namakkal, Dharmapuri)
Train No.06597 Nagercoil – Yesvantpur special train will leave Nagercoil at 13.30 hrs. on 22.10.2014 and reach Yesvantpur at 04.15 hrs. the next day.
The composition of the train will be 1 AC 2-tier, 2 AC 3-tier, 12 Sleeper Class and 2 luggage-cum-brake van coaches.
The train will stop at Valliyur, Tirunelveli, Kovilpatti, Sattur, Virudhunagar, Madurai, Dindigul, Karur, Namakkal, Salem, Dharmapuri, Hosur and Banaswadi.

III. PREMIUM SUPERFAST SPECIAL TRAIN
PREMIUM superfast special train from Yesvantpur to Nagercoil
Train No.02689 Yesvantpur – Nagercoil PREMIUM superfast special train will leave Yesvantpur at 21.15 hrs. on 21.10.2014 and reach Nagercoil at 09.20 hrs. the next day.
The composition of the train will be 1 AC 2-tier, 2 AC 3-tier, 12 Sleeper Class and 2 luggage-cum-brake van coaches.
The train will stop at Krishnarajapuram, Salem, Madurai and Tirunelveli.
