SUNDAY PATTERN OF SUBURBAN TRAIN SERVICES
ON THE DAYS OF GANDHI JAYANTHI & VIJAYADASASMI
In view of holidays on the days of Gandhi Jayanthi & Vijayadasami on 02.10.2014 & 03.10.2014, Sunday pattern of suburban train services will be maintained in Chennai Beach – Chengalpattu & Chennai Beach – Velachery sections on those days.
Moreover, the ladies special services running in Arakkonam – Chennai Beach – Arakkonam section will not run on 02.10.2014 & 03.10.2014.
WIHTDRAWAL OF CHANGES IN PATTERN OF TRAIN SERVICES
To facilitate engineering works at Arakkonam railway station, changes were made in the pattern of some suburban train services in Chennai – Arakkonam section from 11.08.2014 onwards.Now, the changes have been withdrawn and suburban train services that were partially cancelled/extended have been restored to run as per schedule.
