In order to clear extra rush of passengers during Sankranti festival, eight special trains will be run between Guntur-Visakhapatnam as per the following schedule:-
Train No. 08508 Guntur-Visakhapatnam Sankranti Special Train will depart Guntur at 04:50 pm on 10th, 11th, 12th, 17th, 18thand 19th January, 2015 and arrive Visakhapatnam at 11:30 pm on the same day.
In the opposite direction, Train No.08507 Visakhapatnam-Guntur Sankranti Special Train will depart Visakhapatnam at 05:35 am on 10th, 11th, 12th, 17th, 18th and 19th January, 2015 and arrive Guntur at 12:30 am on the same day.
Enroute, these Sankranti special trains will stop at Guntur, Mangalagiri, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Annavaram, Tuni, Anakapalli and Duvvada stations in both the directions.
These trains will have 16 coaches viz, one AC III Tier, five General Second Class Chair Car, eight General Second Class and two Second Class luggage cum brake van coaches.
