Western Railway has introduced the new age 'MUTP-II' EMU rake from 18th March, 2015 in its regular suburban service. In order to gauge the response of the public to these trains, a feedback/suggestion from commuters has been initiated. The feedback/suggestion form is available on MRVC's website with a link on Western Railway website also. on clicking the 'New Technology Rake Commuter Feedback/Suggestion Form' which is being scrolled on the WR's website www.wr.indianrailways.gov.in, a feedback form is displayed which may be downloaded and comments mailed to com@mrvc.gov.in or posted to the address as mentioned in the form.
