#WR #JUMBO BLOCK
A jumbo block will be taken from 10.35 hrs to 15.35 hrs on Up slow line on Sunday, 6th March, 2016 between Mahim Jn. and Mumbai Central Local stations for maintenance of tracks, signaling and overhead equipments.
During the block, all up slow line trains will run on up fast line between Mahim Jn and Mumbai Central Local stations. These diverted trains will not halt at Matunga Road, Elphinstone Road, Lower Parel and Mahalaxmi for want of platform. Hence passengers are allowed to travel in opposite direction for their destinations between Matunga Road and Mumbai Central stations. All 12-car slow trains will take double halt at Mahim Jn on PF No.4. Due to the block, some up & down local trains will remain cancelled, the information of which will be available at all stations in the suburban section.
