Airconditioned 3-tier berths has become tremendously popular amongst the travelling public since its inception in Indian Railways. There is constant demands for more Ac 3-tier berths in long-distance trains. In order to fecilitate the passengers, Eastern Railway is attaching one additional Ac 3-tier coach each with nine (9) popular long-distance trains as permanent measure. The augmentation will be done on nominated days of run of the trains starting from 14th June, 2016 onwards. The trains are as follows:-

8)13425/13426 Malda Town –Surat Weekly Express
9)13429/13430 Malda Town-Anandvihar Express
Please note that as a result of this permanent augmentation of one Ac 3-tier coach in 9 pairs of trains, a total number of 1206 extra berths will be made available for the travelling public.
