Statewise Allocation and Projects pertaining to South Eastern Railway provided in the Budget (2017-18) are given as under:

WEST BENGAL

Total outlay for projects in West Bengal for 2017-18 – Rs.6336 crores


Outlay for Traffic facility works in West Bengal for 2017-18 –            Rs. 435.51 crores


Outlay for Passenger Amenity Works in West Bengal for 2017-18 –    Rs 71 crores


New Survey over SER:

·Santragachi-Panskura-Kharagpur 4th line (109 km).

·Sagar Port – Kasinagar- Kulpi- Gurdasnagar- Bakarahat- Chak Gopalpur – Nangi – Majerhat – Kidderpore – Taktaghat – Shalimar – Santragachhi – Dankuni (138 km)

New Work sanctioned over SER:

·Provision of connection of line between Radhanagar siding line of Adra Division to Barachak and Y connection to Sitarampur station of Asansol Division(10 kms).

JHARKHAND


Total outlay for Projects in Jharkhand for 2017-18 – Rs. 2583 crores


Outlay for Traffic facility works in Jharkhand for 2017-18 – 5.23 crores


Outlay for Passenger Amenity Works in Jharkhand for 2017-18             - Rs.59 crores

·Kandra-Namkom new line (106 kms)

·Lodhma-Kandra via Khunti and Tamar new line (106 kms)

·Tata – Jharsuguda 4th line (265 kms)



New Road Over Bridge/Subway sanctioned over SER

·Construction of Road Over Bridge between Hatia and Balsiring          stations

· Construction of Road Over Bridge between Asanboni and

      Salgajhari stations

·Construction of Road Over Bridge between Mahalimarup and Rajkharswan stations

·Construction of Road Over Bridge between Kendposi and Maluka stations

·Construction of Road Over Bridge between Jamadobu and Bhaga stations in Adra-Gomoh section.

·Ranchi Division – Provision of Limited/Restricted/Normal Height Subways in lieu of manned level crossings in connection with elimination of manned level crossing (13 nos.)

·Construction of Road Over Bridge between Panposh and Kalunga stations

·Construction of Road Over Bridge between Balasore and Nilgiri Road stations in Kharagpur-Bhadrak section of Kharagpur Division.
