BOOKING OF RAIL TICKETS THROUGH POS – CONTACT DETAILS OF CUSTOMER CARE CUM MONITORING CELL


Southern Railway has installed Point of Sales (POS) machines at 247 railway reservation centres, 70 suburban stations and 71 booking offices for the benefit of travelling public using Debit/Credit cards for purchasing reserved tickets and season tickets.

In order to provide better services and to popularise cashless transactions, Railways have opened a Customer Care cum Monitoring Cell through IRCTC.Passengers can contact the Cell for any difficulty in transaction through POS including refund.
