Central Railway will operate night traffic block of 5 hours and 15 minutes on 27.8.2017 (midnight of Sat / Sun) for launching of foot over bridge girders over platform No. 2 & 3 at Thane station. The details are as under –

Traffic Block section : Up & Down slow line between Mulund and Kalva.

Down slow line services leaving Mulund from 00.34 hrs to 06.10 hrs will be diverted on Down fast line between Mulund and Diva stations. Up slow line locals leaving Diva from 03.48 hrs to 05.53 hrs will be diverted on Up fast line between Diva and Mulund. Up and Down slow line services will not be available at Kalva and Mumbra stations during the block period.

Due to diversion of Up & Down slow line services on Up and Down fast line during the block period, the Mail/Express trains arriving / leaving Mumbai area during that period will run 10 to 20 minutes behind schedule.
