To clear the extra rush of passengers during Diwali/Chhat Puja , South Eastern Railway has decided to run nine pairs of Tri-weekly Special trains between Howrah and Ranchi during the period from 15.10.17 to 31.10.17 via Bishnupur-Bankura-Adra-Bokaro Steel City.
08627 Howrah-Ranchi Special leaving Howrah at 15.30 hrs every Sunday, Monday & Tuesday from 15.10.17 to 31.10.17 will reach Ranchi at 23.55 hrs on the same day. In the return direction, 08628 Ranchi-Howrah Special leaving Ranchi at 05.45 hrs every Sunday, Monday & Tuesday from 15.10.17 to 31.10.17 will arrive Howrah at 15.15 hrs on the same day.
The Special trains consisting of two AC Chair Car, seven General Chair Car and three General Second Class coaches will have stoppages at Kharagpur, Midnapur, Bishnupur, Bankura, Adra, Bhojudih, Mohuda, Chandrapura, Bokaro Steel City, Jhalda and Muri stations enroute.
08627 Howrah-Ranchi Special leaving Howrah at 15.30 hrs every Sunday, Monday & Tuesday from 15.10.17 to 31.10.17 will reach Ranchi at 23.55 hrs on the same day.
