Northern Railway is undertaking non-interlocked working at Harrawala station on the Haridwar-Dehradun rail section over Moradabad Division on Northern Railway in connection with the capacity upgradation of the Dehradun-Haridwar rail section for running 18 coach trains. To execute this work, there will be a traffic block as per the under-mentioned program on the aforesaid section from 05.11.2017 to 08.11.2017 and for overhauling of lever frame at Central Cabin at Dehradun, a shadow block is planned from 06.11.2017 to 08.11.2017.
Consequently, the following trains scheduled to run on the section will remain cancelled/short-terminated/regulated as under:-
A. CANCELLATION OF TRAINS DURING THE PERIOD OF THE ABOVE BLOCK:
The 14632 Amritsar-Dehradun Express Journey Commencing from 04.11.2017 to 07.11.2017 shall remain cancelled. In the return direction, the 14631 Dehradun-Amritsar Express Journey Commencing from 05.11.2017 to 08.11.2017 shall remain cancelled
· The 14265 Varanasi- Dehradun Express Journey Commencing from 05.11.2017 & 06.11.2017 shall remain cancelled. In the return direction, the 14266 Dehradun-Amritsar Express Journey Commencing on 06.11.2017& 07.11.2017 shall remain cancelled.
B. SHORT-TERMINATION OF TRAINS DURING THE PERIOD OF THE ABOVE BLOCK:
The 19019 Bandra T-Dehradun Express train Journey Commencing from 03.11.2017 to 05.11.2017 shall be terminated at Haridwar. In the return direction, the 19020 Dehradun-Bandra T Express Journey Commencing from 05.11.2017 to 08.11.2017 shall short-originate from Haridwar
· The 14113/14163 Allahabad-Dehradun Express Journey Commencing from 04.11.2017 to 06.11.2017 shall terminate at Haridwar
· The 14317 Indore-Dehradun Express Journey Commencing from 04.11.2017 & 05.11.2017 shall terminate at Haridwar
· The 15001 Muzaffarpur-Dehradun Express Journey Commencing on 06.11.2017shall short terminate at Haridwar.
· The 14120 Dehradun-Kathgodam Express Journey Commencing from 05.11.2017 to 07.11.2017 shall short-originate from Haridwar.
· The 14310 Dehradun-Ujjain Ujjaini Express Journey Commencing from 05.11.2017 to 07.11. shall short-originate from Haridwar.
C. REGULATION OF TRAINS DURING THE PERIOD OF THE ABOVE BLOCK.
The 13009 Howrah-Dehradun Doon Express Journey Commencing on 03.11.2017 shall be regulated if running late for more than 30 minutes
· The 54341 Sahranpur-Dehradun Passenger Journey Commencing on 05.11.2017 shall be regulated by 130 minutes enroute
Speed restriction of 20 kmph will be imposed as a safety measure on the above location during the period of the block period.
Consequently, the following trains scheduled to run on the section will remain cancelled/short-terminated/regulated as under:-

· The 14265 Varanasi- Dehradun Express Journey Commencing from 05.11.2017 & 06.11.2017 shall remain cancelled. In the return direction, the 14266 Dehradun-Amritsar Express Journey Commencing on 06.11.2017& 07.11.2017 shall remain cancelled.
