I. Diversion of Trains via Perambur(without touching Chennai Central Station) w.e.f. 5th March,2018 until further advice:
1. Train No.22642 Shalimar – Thiruvanantapuram Express Train is diverted to run via Perambur Station and will not touch Chennai Central Station w.e.f 6th March,2018.
2. Train No.22641 Thiruvanantapuram – Shalimar Express Train is diverted to run via Perambur Station and will not touch Chennai Central Station w.e.f 8th March,2018.
3. Train No.22644 Patna – Ernakulam Express Train is diverted to run via Perambur Station and will not touch Chennai Central Station w.e.f 8th March,2018.
4. Train No.22643 Ernakulam – Patna Express Train is diverted to run via Perambur Station and will not touch Chennai Central Station w.e.f 5th March,2018.
5. Train No.15228 Muzaffarpur - Yeshvantapu Express Train is diverted to run via Perambur Station and will not touch Chennai Central Station w.e.f 12th March,2018.
6. Train No.15227 Yeshvantapur – Muzaffarpur Express Train is diverted to run via Perambur Station and will not touch Chennai Central Station w.e.f 7th March,2018.
7. Train No.12510 Guwhathi – Bengaluru Cantonment Express Train is diverted to run via Perambur Station and will not touch Chennai Central Station w.e.f 6th March,2018.
8. Train No.12509 Bengaluru Cantonment - Guwhathi Express Train is diverted to run via Perambur Station and will not touch Chennai Central Station w.e.f 7th March,2018.
9. Train No.12516 Guwahati – Thiruvanantapuram Express Train is diverted to run via Perambur Station and will not touch Chennai Central Station w.e.f 7th March,2018.
10. Train No.12515 Thiruvanantapuram – Guwahati Express Train is diverted to run via Perambur Station and will not touch Chennai Central Station w.e.f 11th March,2018.
II. Diversion of Trains via Salem, Namakkal and Karur (without touching Erode) w.e.f. 6th March,2018 until further advice:
1. Train No.16734 Okha – Rameswaram Express Train is diverted to run via Salem, Namakkal and Karur and will not touch Erode Station w.e.f. 6th March, 2018.
2. Train No.16733 Rameswaram – Okha Express Train is diverted to run via Karur, Namakkal and Salem and will not touch Erode Station w.e.f 9th March,2018.
III. With a view to facilitate Bridge works in Ambala Cantt – Ludhiana section of Northern Railway, a traffic block is imposed on 4th November,2017.Consequently,the following train is diverted as detailed below:-
1. Train No.12715 Nanded – Amritsar Sachkand Express Train scheduled to depart H.S.Nanded at 09.30 hrs on 13th November,2017 is diverted to run via Chandigarh and Sanahwal stations and will not touch Rajpura, Sirhind and Khanna Stations.
IV. Due to Traffic block for 46 days for construction of washable apron at Platform I of Varanasi Station of Northern Railway, the following trains are diverted as detailed below:-
1. Train No.16360 Patna – Ernakulam Express Train scheduled to depart Patna on 7th, 14th , 21st and 28th November, 5th , 12th and 19th December,2017 is diverted to run via Mughalsarai, Chunar, Mirzapur and Allahabad stations instead of Mughalsarai, Varanasi, Manduadih, Allahabad City and Allahabad Stations.
2. Train No.16359 Ernakulam - Patna Express Train scheduled to depart Ernakulam on 4th, 11th , 18th and 25th November, 2nd, 9th and 16th December,2017 is diverted to run via Allahabad, Mirzapur, Chunar and Mughalsarai stations instead of Allahabad, Allahabad City, Manduadih, Varanasi and Mughalsarai Stations.
V. The following Trains are Partially Cancelled to facilitate engineering line block in Chennai Central – Gudur Section of Southern Railway on 4th November and 5th November,2017.
1. Train No.57240 Bitragunta – Chennai Central Passenger train scheduled to depart Bitragunta station on 4th and 5th November, 2017 is partially cancelled between Gummidipundi and Chennai Central Stations.
2. Train No.57239 Chennai Central - Gudur Passenger train scheduled to depart Chennai Central on 4th and 5th November, 2017 is partially cancelled between Chennai Central and Gummidipundi Stations.
