Zonal Railway Training Institute Celebrates 39th Annual Day Today

The Zonal Railway Training Institute, Moula ali, Hyderabadcelebrated its 39^th Annual Day today, 7^thDecember, 2011. Shri Sunil Kumar Agarwal, Chief Operations Manager, South CentralRailway was the Chief Guest o­n the occasion. Shri B. Kasna, Chief Traffic Manager, S.C. Railway presided over the function.

Speaking o­n the occasion, Shri S.K. Agarwal, in his address stated that the Zonal Railway Training Institute (ZRTI), Hyderabadwas o­ne of the finest Institutes imparting training to the trainees both in commercial and Train Operations. He exhorted the trainees to work hard towards safety and punctuality. He asserted that duty in Railways was duty towards the Nation. He stressed, the need to strive to maintain highest standards of efficiency and provide safe and comfortable journey to our passengers. He appreciated the ZRTI in rising to meet the challenges of Railways business. He said that the Railways will provide the necessary infrastructure and equip the trainees with the best tools for imparting training to achieve the desired results.In appreciation of the excellent coaching by the Principal and staff of the ZRTI to the trainees for providing best training, the Chief Guest announced a suitable cash award.

Shri B. Kasna, Chief Traffic Manager, S.C. Railway highlighted the importance of ZRTI and the role it played in imparting training to the trainees. He also recollected the old memories during his regime as Principal of the Institute.

Later, Shri R.V. Rao, Principal of the ZRTI, Mola Ali, Hyderabadpresented the awards were presented to the trainees and staff who have excelled in their respective fields. Shri Shankar Rao, General Secretary, SCR Mazdoor Union also spoke o­n the occasion.Cultural programme by the trainees was also held o­n the occasion. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by shri K.B. Jayaraman, the Chief Instructor, Zonal Rfailway Training Institute, Hyderabad.
