Over Head Electric (OHE) Traction failure between Khurda Road and Barang sections under Khurda Road Division of East Coast Railway, disrupted train services on this route.
According to East Coast Railway, some of the trains were controlled en route for sometime at different stations. The defect was rectified around 8 am in the morning following which train services resumed.
