PATTERN OF TRAIN SERVICES DUE TO LINE BLOCK
Due to line block in connection with engineering work from 09.00 hrs. to 13.00 hrs. on 4th & 5th February 2012 between Tiruvalangadu & Arakkonam stations of Chennai Central – Arakkonam section, following will be pattern of train services on this section.
Trains partially cancelled on 4.2.12 & 5.2.12
Between Tiruvalangadu and Arakkonam
1) 43407 Moore Market Complex (MMC) – Arakkonam local leaving MMC at 08.25 hrs.
2) 43409 MMC – Arakkonam local leaving MMC at 09.05 hrs.
3) 43418 Arakkonam – MMC local leaving Arakkonam at 12.00 hrs.
4) 43842 Arakkonam – Avadi local leaving Arakkonam at 11.15 hrs.
Between Tiruvalangadu and Tiruttani
1) 43505 MMC – Tiruttani local leaving MMC at 10.00 hrs.
2) 43508 Tiruttani – MMC local leaving Tiruttani at 13.10 hrs.
T.No.43411 MMC – Arakkonam local leaving MMC at 11.00 hrs. will be regulated conveniently and will be delayed by 25 minutes enroute.
T.No.16627 Chennai Central – Mangalore West Coast Express scheduled to leave Chennai Central at 11.30 hrs. will be rescheduled to leave Chennai Central at 12.00 hrs.
HERITAGE STEAM RUN
Southern Railway will conduct a Heritage Run to commemorate the 157thAnniversary of the World’s oldest working Steam Locomotive EIR-21.The locomotive was first used in February 1855 between Howrah and Raneegunje.The special train, from Chennai Central to Perambur,will be hauled by the Steam Locomotive EIR-21.The train will leave Chennai Cental on 06.2.2012 (Monday) at 11.00 hrs. and arrive Perambur around 11.30 hrs.
