NORTHERN RAILWAY RUNS SUMMER SPECIAL DEMU TRAIN BETWEEN
JAMMU TAWI AND PATHANKOT (FIVE DAYS A WEEK)
For the convenience of rail passengers during Summer season, Northern Railway has decided to run the Summer Special DEMU train no. 04604/04603 between Jammu Tawi and Pathankot (five days a week) except Saturday & Sunday from 17-06-13 to 15-07-13 (42 trips) as per the following programme:-
The 04604 Jammu Tawi- Pathankot DEMU (five days a week) Summer Special train will depart from Jammu Tawi at 09.50 a.m. (21 trips) to reach Pathankot at 12.20 noon the same day. In the return direction, the 04603 Pathankot-Jammu Tawi DEMU (five days a week) Summer Special train will depart from Pathankot at 02:20 p.m. (21 trips) to reach Jammu Tawi at 4:50 p.m. the same day.
The 04604/04603 Jammu Tawi- Pathankot- Jammu Tawi DEMU Summer Special train will stop at Bari Brahman, Vijiypur Jammu, Block Hut Basantar, Samba, Ghagawal, Hira Nagar, Chakdoyalia, Chhan Arorian, Budhi, Kathua, Madhopur Punjab, Sujanpur and Bharoli stations in both the directions..
TEMPORARY AUGMENTATION OF TRAINS FOR THE EXAMINATION FOR RECRUITMENT OF RAILWAY PROTECTION FORCE (RPF) CONSTABLES
For the convenience of the candidates appearing for the written examination for recruitment of RPF constables to be held in Delhi area, Northern Railway will increase the passenger carrying capacity of trains by attaching 35 general second class and 3 sleeper class coaches on 16th, 23rd and 30th June 2013 to the following trains. Northern Railway has decided to augment the following trains as under:
The 14731 Delhi Jn- Bhatinda Jn Express, 14681 New Delhi- Jalandhar City Express, 54035 Delhi Jn- Jakhal Jn Passenger & 54503 Delhi Jn – Bhiwani Jn passenger trains will be augmented by one additional General Class Coach each.
The 14519 Delhi Jn -Bhatinda Jn Kisan Express via Bhiwani, 14322 Bhuj-Bareilly Jn. Bareilly Express, 14316 New Delhi-Bareilly Jn Intercity Express, 54415 Delhi Jn- Rewari Passenger, 54417 Delhi Jn- Rewari Jn Passenger, 14545 Delhi Jn- Saharanpur Jn Express, 54471 Delhi Jn- Rishikesh Passenger, 51913 Delhi Jn- Saharanpur Jn.Passenger & 54473 Delhi Jn- Saharanpur Jn Passenger trains will be augmented by Two additional General class coaches each.
The 54303 Delhi Jn-Kalka Passenger and 54033 Delhi Jn- Narwana Jn Passenger trains will be augmented by Three additional General Class Coaches each.
The 04022 Delhi Jn- Patna Jn Special train will be augmented by Six additional General Class coaches and rescheduled to depart for 03.00 p.m. from Delhi Jn.
The 05028 Anand Vihar Term- Gorakhpur Jn. Special & 14208 Delhi Jn- Partapgarh Jn Padmavat Express will be augmented by one additional Sleeper Class coach each.
The 04202 Delhi Jn-Varanasi Jn. Special will be augmented by one additional General Class and one additional Sleeper Class coaches and rescheduled for 02.30 p.m. from Delhi Jn.
In addition to above, three additional services have also been planned as under:
Ghaziabad-Panipat( via New Delhi and Sabzi Mandi) EMU train will depart at 2.15 p.m. from Ghaziabad.
Ghaziabad to Palwal(via Delhi Junction and New Delhi) EMU train will depart from Ghaziabad at 2.20 p.m.
Hazrat Nizamuddin- Ghaziabad(via New Delhi and Delhi Jn) EMU train will depart from Hazrat Nizamuddin at 2.30 p.m.
