With a view to clear extra rush of passengers during the ensuing Chhat Puja, South Eastern Railway has decided to run one pair of special trains between Shalimar and Gorakhpur leaving Shalimar on 21.10.17 and leaving Gorakhpur on 23.10.17 & another one pair of Special trains between Shalimar and Raxaul leaving Shalimar on 24.10.17 and leaving Raxaul on 25.10.17.
08021/08022 Shalimar-Gorakhpur-Shalimar Special
08021 Shalimar-Gorakhpur Special leaving Shalimar at 23.05 hrs will reach Gorakhpur at 20.30 hrs, the next day. In the return direction, 08022 Gorakhpur-Shalimar Special leaving Gorakhpur at 08.00 hrs will arrive Shalimar at 06.50 hrs, the next day.
The Special trains consisting of twelve sleeper class coaches will have stoppages at Barddhaman, Rampurhat, Barharwa, Sahibganj, Kahalgaon, Bhagalpur, Sultanganj, Monghyr, Sahibpur KML, Begu Sarai, Barauni, Samastipur, Muzaffarpur, Hajipur, Sonpur, Chhapra, Siwan and Deoria Sadar stations enroute.
08043/08044 Shalimar-Raxaul-Shalimar Special
08043 Shalimar-Raxaul Special leaving Shalimar at 23.05 hrs will reach Raxaul at 17.00 hrs, the next day. In the return direction, 08044 Raxaul-Shalimar Special leaving Raxaul at 18.20 hrs will arrive Shalimar at 13.10 hrs, the next day.
The Special trains consisting of eight general second class coaches will have stoppages at Barddhaman, Rampurhat, Barharwa, Sahibganj, Kahalgaon, Bhagalpur, Sultanganj, Monghyr, Sahibpur KML, Begu Sarai, Barauni, Samastipur, Muzaffarpur, Bapudham Motihari and Sagauli stations enroute.
