Southern Railway would introduce a passenger train from Mannargudi to Tiruchi for a period of three months from January 1.
Mannargudi–Tiruchi passenger (06805) will leave Mannargudi at 6.30 a.m and reach Tiruchi at 9. 40 a.m. The departure timing of the train at other stations are: Nidamangalam (7 a.m.), Koyilvenni halt (7.06 a.m.), Ammapettai (7.12 a.m.), Saliamangalam (7.19 a.m.), Kudikadu (7.25 a.m.), Thanjavur (8.05 a.m.), Alakkudi (8.15 a.m.), Budalur (8.22 a.m.), Ayanavaram (8.30 a.m.), Solagampatti (8.38 a.m.), Tiruverambur (8.48 a.m.) and Ponmalai (9.13 a.m.).
Tiruchi–Mannargudi passenger (06806) will leave Tiruchi at 5.15 p.m. and arrive in Mannargudi at 8 p.m. The following is the departure timing of the train at other stations: Ponmalai (5.24 p.m.), Tiruverambur (5.33 p.m.), Solagampatti (5.43 p.m.), Ayanavaram (5.51 p.m.) Budalur (6 p.m.), Alakkudi (6.08 p.m.), Thanjavur (6.30 p.m.), Kudikadu (6.43 p.m.), Saliamangalam (6.49 p.m.), Ammapettai (6.56 p.m.), Koyilvenni halt (7.02 p.m.) and Nidamangalam (7.15 p.m.).
This is the second train to be operated from Mannargudi after new track was laid in Nidamangalam–Mannargudi section.
