The Special Train (08402) leaving Santragachi every Saturday at 19:00 hours will reach Puri at 04:00 hours, the next day. In the return direction, the Special Train (08401) will leave Puri every Friday at 21:25 hours arriving Santragachi at 06:30 hours, the next day.
The Special Train consisting of 17 coaches viz. AC 2 Tier-1, AC 3 Tier-1, Sleeper Class-9, General Second Class-4 and Luggage Van-2 will have stoppages at Kharagpur, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur Keonjhar Road, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar and Khurda Road stations between Santragachi and Puri.
