More than 40 trains are running late on Monday morning due to dense fog in most parts of Delhi-NCR region, railway officials said.
The trains running late include Mahananda Express, Farakka Exp, Purushottam Exp, Vaishali Exp, Mahabodhi Express, Gorakhdham Exp, Magadh Express, Rewa exp, Poorva exp, Kaifiyat Exp, Shivganga Exp, Prayag Raj Express, Northeast Exp, Patna Rajdhani, Howrah rajdhani and Bhubaneswar Rajdhani Exp.
Northern Railway has decided to cancel 12460, Amritsar-New Delhi Intercity and 14681, New Delhi-Jallandhar Intercity Express from Dec 20 to Dec 31 due to foggy weather.
North East Rajdhani, Shan-e-Punjab, Puri express have been rescheduled for departure at 8.20am, 8am and 10am respectively.
