Trains partially cancelled

The Nagercoil-Coimbatore-Nagercoil passenger trains will remain partially cancelled to facilitate yard remodelling work in Madurai junction from September 28 to October 12.According to a Southern Railway press release, the 56319 Nagercoil-Coimbatore passenger is partially cancelled between Virudhunagar and Madurai on September 28 and 29.It will be terminated at Virudhunagar and returned as train 56320. It will be partially cancelled between Madurai and Dindigul from September 30 to October 5.The train will be terminated at Madurai and operated to Nagercoil as train 56320.It will again be partially cancelled between Virudhunagar and Dindigul on October 12.The train will be terminated at Virudhunagar and operated in the reverse direction as train 56320.The 56320 Coimbatore-Nagercoil passenger will be partially cancelled between Madurai and Virudhunagar on September 28 and 29. It will be operated to Coimbatore as train 56319 from Madurai.The train will not be operated between Dindigul and Madurai from September 30 to October 5 and will be run as train 56319 to Coimbatore from Dindigul.It will again be suspended between Dindigul and Virudhunagar on October 12 and operated to Coimbatore as train 56319 from Dindigul.One second class chair car has been added to the 12635/12636 Chennai Egmore-Madurai-Chennai Egmore Vaigai Express as a permanent measure from Friday.
